90% of our team works remotely. We are based in Singapore and you will mostly be working with teammates from around the globe.

We are looking for a Customer Happiness Officer.

We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, socially-adept and takes ownership of their own work to provide a warm, memorable and personable customer service experience.

HYDRAGUN is a direct-to-consumer startup that focuses on performance tech. Our mission? To help people live their best lives through peak performance. Your job is to exceed our customers’ expectations and ensure they have an overwhelmingly positive experience with the brand.

You’ll get a chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, in a fast-paced and increasingly sought after industry of e-commerce, and sports and fitness.

Where your expertise is needed

  • Attend to customers’ inquiries through emails, social media platforms, and live chat. 
  • Identify common email drivers/trends
  • Handle After sales transactions (refunds, cancellations, etc.)
  • Liaise with our fulfillment team on shipping and tracking concerns
  • Check and relay tracking information to our customers
  • Update/improve our canned responses
  • Perform your role without much hand-holding
  • Communicate to the department concerned for customer feedback/your own feedback
  • Switch hats and perform fulfillment duties when designated
  • Handle overtime when the company has an influx of customers' inquiries
  • Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated
  • Deep understanding of our products

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for an e-commerce business.
  • Knowledge in software such as Tawk.to, Zapier and Shopify.
  • Knowledge in maintaining online platforms and social media.
  • Proactive personality and self-motivator.
  • Able to be a team player with problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our company's product offerings, and communications/advertising campaign.
  • Good Microsoft Office applications skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Must be a service-oriented person with good Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Sales and persuasion skills are a plus.
  • Must have be passionate about personal growth and development.
  • Must be passionate about physical and mental peak performance.
