First of all, thank you for all your support last 2023, and on behalf of HYDRAGUN I wish you good health and a prosperous new year!

There are a few changes with our partner and in-store public discounts effective January 1, 2024 which I would like to share with you.

1. NEW PUBLIC DISCOUNT STRUCTURE
Public discounts that are usually available during campaigns e.g. Mother's Day or Black Friday, now only apply to our Bundle Products. You can find a list of our bundle products via our website Shop button > Bundles.

What exactly changed?
Our public discounts usually apply to most of our single-item products but now it only works for bundle products.

How will this affect me?
Nothing changed with your commission, just that you may need to promote bundle products alongside our public discount code for customers to enjoy the discounts you share and ensure they checkout so you get the commission. The AOV for bundles is high and so is your commission.

2. NEW Partner Discount Structure
Partner discount changed from 10% to 5% on most single-item SKUs.
Despite the lowered discount, customers will still proceed to purchase through you as your discount is the only one that works with single-item SKUs all year round.

How will this affect me?
Nothing changed with your commission and the mechanics of how the discount works. The only change needed is to reflect the changes on your messaging from a 10% to a 5% discount via your usual marketing platforms (website, email, social media and etc) wherever possible. Please note partner discounts do not work with Bundle Items. 

You are still eligible to receive commissions for a bundled item should a customer purchase using your link within 30 days.
