I wasnt sure about spending this much at first but man I wish I bought it sooner. I used to do cold plunges the old way with a metal tub and gas station ice. Always messy, never cold for long. This thing chills fast and stays right at the temp I set. I keep it around 38 and it holds steady all day. The chiller barely makes any noise, just a soft hum, and doesnt seem to use much power either.
Setup was simple enough. Took maybe 15 minutes tops and I am not handy at all. Just fill it, plug it in, and it works. The tub feels sturdy, not that soft plastic stuff that bends when you step in. Im 6 1 and fit fine, knees under and everything.
The water staying clean is a big deal for me. With my old setup I had to drain it every couple days cause it got nasty. This one’s got a filter and ozone thing that actually keeps it clear. Been using it for a couple weeks and havent had to change the water yet.
Cold hits hard the first minute but after that you feel like your body wakes up. I get out feeling sharp and calm at the same time. Helps my legs recover faster after squats too. Only thing I wish is it had a small tray for a timer or drink, but thats minor.
If you want to start doing cold plunges without the ice bags and the mess, this is the one to get. Totally worth it.

I’ve been a big advocate of cold water therapy for years now, starting from cold showers, ice filled troughs, to DIY chiller setups. So upgrading to the Supertub felt like the next natural step. It’s streamlined my routine and made daily plunges much more convenient. Being able to have the tub outdoors without worrying about weather damage solved a lot of space and maintenance problems for me. Plus with the colder weather lately, I don’t need to keep the pump on all day.

A few tips for other users who don’t want it running 24/7 either - you’ll keep the water clean for longer by remembering to: shower before going in, stick to the maintenance schedule (though you might have to do it more often depending on use), and let the tub cover sun-dry occasionally to prevent mold/mildew buildup.

That said, it’s still leaps and bounds superior to any other setup I’ve tried before, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

I’ve had the Supertub for almost 3 months now. I live in Alabama so I got the higher 0.8hp model, and even then the chiller does take a while to cool the water down. But considering the heat and humidity down here and the setup being outside, I’d say it’s holding up well. The tub itself is sturdy, I have not had issues with leaks, and the water stays clean for weeks with the additives. I am 6’ and can fit comfortably with room to spare, so no worries about there being no extra large size option. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Their customer service is topnotch. They really went above and beyond, helping me from inquiry to assembly. Honestly one of the best value-for-money setups I’ve found: lightweight, durable, comes with all the necessary accessories, and a more than capable chiller.

I did run into some condensation around the hoses (which I guess is to be expected since I have it indoors in an enclosed space) but I threw on some pipe insulation and it seemed to do the trick.

I initially just went with the Supertub becaus eof two reasons: 1) I wanted my tub in black to match my basement gym; 2) it had the best deal out of all the inflatable tubs I was checking out (plus it came with a free sauna blanket when I bought it).
But I gotta say I’m pretty satisfied with my decision. It was incredibly easy to get running. It holds temperature really well. I love how sleek and cool it looks. And as someone who’s meticulous about how his mantuary is set up, I really like that I can move it around as I please easily. It’s a great addition to my space and my everyday routine. The wife has had her turn in it too, although she’s not as big on the cold and is more into using it as a hot tub. That said, heating the water does take a while, but it’s a nice extra feature.
All in all I’m very happy with the investment and would certainly recommend this product.
